Negative point would be on the salary and bonus side. UBS do not increase salaries even just by the inflation rate and the only way to get promoted or have a pay rise is to move to the competition, which is unfortunate as UBS is a very good company to work for.
Management was not great. Always a busy day on a daily basics. Work culture was just manageable. There is flexibility working time. Ability to multitask.
