The providers were some of the best I've ever worked with but the workload was for three people and I hit many issues with management gaslighting all the workers below them.
When my coworkers and I were able to get a hold of our manager, he would say how our "numbers" are the same so we wouldn't need additional staffing even though our patients and providers have increased over the years and especially with COVID all the tasks were taking much longer. Our entire department has quit at this point due to low staffing, poor working conditions, and extremely poor management.

They are always short staff and will always be short staffed. They make you feel so little and literally make you feel un-welcome if you are not one of them. We are constantly understaffed, the same mistakes are made over and over again with no improvement of basic processes. There is no room for growth.
